Awesome customer service and quality. I had a vase break and not only did they give me a new super large vase but then offered to come by to my house to change out the flowers (as it would be a bit tricky).

The whole team and staff were amazing to work with! We ordered centerpieces for a birthday party with a rose gold theme and they came out beautiful. They even sprayed the greenery with rose gold, which was a nice touch! Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will only use this florist in town in the future! Thank you!!

I just got a floral arrangement delivered today from Caldwell's Floral Elegance and it was simply beautiful! I called the store and spoke with the owner Donka to thank her for making such a lovely piece for me. She was such a pleasure to chat with and now I found a great new florist to order flowers from. Thank you again!
