“I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.“

“Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion. “They helped us gracefully navigate the last years with an 18 year old diabetic terrier. They are OUTSTANDING examples of truly compassionate expert care and never once backed down from the increasing complexity of keeping him comfortable. This is by far the best vet of the many we've been to. I called the nearest veterinary service which was Pompton Animal hospital. They took me in that Monday morning and Buddy was taken care of by Dr. Cattiny. Dr. Cattiny is a bigger than life personality with genuine kindness and a caring positive demeanor. I felt Buddy was in great hands. The staff was very busy but it was a happy busy. “We are so thankful to Dr. Duhr and staff. We had been to a different Vet Hospital 4 times and they couldn't find out what was wrong with our girl . We went to Dr. Duhr and he ran tests and found immediately that she has cancer tumors and he put her on medication and she is doing so much better. She is moving around more and is comfortable with the medication. We know she doesn't have long but she will not be in Pain or Sad now. We are so grateful.
