Just wanted to give a shout out to Tomahawk Professional Services LLC for responsiveness, great quality of work, and being really knowledgeable about flood restoration and mold prevention! We are doing kitchen Reno's and of course the day our cabinets get delivered, we get a flood in our garage and basement where they were stored!! So grateful the owner, Tommy, came out immediately at 11pm at night and stayed with us until almost 3am with getting water out and setting up his equipment to help dry out our cabinets before they suffer permanent damage. He came back today with additional people to do more work, give us additional assessment, and do treatment through our basement and garage to prevent mold. He also was extremely knowledgeable with recommendations on how to drain our garage to prevent this from happening again. Thanks to him, we are able to save our new kitchen cabinets and are still on schedule! He also gave us the peace of mind that we can prevent this going forward and won't have mold issues!
Tom came immediately to survey the damage in my basement due to clogged sewer line. Did an amazing job gutting, tossing, cleaning my basement and made sure everything was sanitized! Tom worked with my insurance company and helped me with whatever was needed to be done. Great guy, great work. Thank you again!!!
Tomahawk came in such short notice when our basement flooded in our restaurant. We had a ton of water and were about to start dinner service. He managed to extract all the water in less than an hour just as service was starting. I know that if I called anyone else they could not have done what Tom did in such a timely manner. He also left us fans and a dehumidifier to continue to the drying process which really helped. He provided very professional advice and overall the service was top notch. His pricing was more than fair for the work he had done. I highly recommend Tomahawk to anyone who has water damage in their homes or businesses - You will not be disappointed!
