When the owner of our local HVAC company retired after working with him for 15 years, I was desperate to find a new family owned company. I found Dowd Fox through the Trane website and had an initial meeting with them which was very impressive. My desperation turned to urgency when two weeks later - on Christmas Eve - our heating unit broke. I wasn't even a client yet - but they sent someone out THAT DAY to look at the unit. We ended up deciding to purchase a new unit and everything from the design to install was flawlessly done. I had an estimate done last Tuesday and had a one day install yesterday (Monday)! Total of 6 days from estimate to new system. Both of my neighbors used these folks and I see why.
