Today was my first time at the new location. From the time I called to walking in and greeted by the friendly staff I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful.My doctor that helped me with my glasses and contacts, Dr Panchai was wonderful. She was very patient and professional throughout my exam. Took time to show me my different options and the pictures of my eyes.My appointment today was a 10/10. I look forward to coming back next year for my yearly eye exam and contacts.Thank you to the whole staff for being so helpful, welcoming and friendly.
Fantastic customer service! Their 100 day guarantee was hassle free. I had Rx sunglasses made for the first time and really didn't like the color of the lenses. They remade them in a new color with no questions asked. Antoinette was great to work with!
This store was so great and was very welcoming. We had great conversations and the vibe was amazing. I loved my glasses and there was a lot to choose from. I’m not sure what store real McCoy went to but it must’ve been a different store. Real McCoy was very racist based on what they commented and what they said was very uncalled for. 10/10 I would recommend to everyone to come here. ❤️
