He explains to you what is going on, what’s happening, how he and/or if you need to see a certain eye specialist. He cares so much about his patients will tell you with a smile that you are doing great ? and will tell you with a smile that you didn’t do anything he told you to do ???♀️?.He and his office staff has the BEST reminder calls/emails and texts to make sure you “see” ?? your appointment upcoming appointment is approaching. There has even been Dr. Wong called me himself to remind me about an upcoming appointment and would ask if I had any questions for him while he is on the phone.? There never a long wait, you are pretty much seen on-time for your appointment if you ?? are on-time.His office is ALWAYS immaculate, he makes sure he protects himself, his staff and patients by wearing his face mask and have his patients wear a face mask when he is examining them.He is extremely knowledgeable about what your health plan will and will not cover so you know upfront what to expect out-of-pocket if any.Dr. Wong is truly the BEST and, you can see from his filled trash can with tissues that there is a lot of other patients that feel the same way!! YES!!! Go check Dr. Wong out and For Eyes too. He and For Eyes work very closely together and share the same office building space.YES!!!! For years we used a big name provider and I cannot imagine why we stayed for years there with them. Feasterville Family Eye Care makes you feel like a person and not just another number. “I went here with my mom to help her pick out new glasses, right away a very nice man came up to us and was able to help her find the right sizes and styles we needed which was so helpful since I was really just along for fashion advice! Unfortunately they don't take her insurance so we had to go elsewhere but it was a great experience otherwise!“
“My first visit was 6/5/23 and I must say, I was deeply impressed! My husband was waiting for me outside as I told him that I am sure I’d be out quickly - but I was wrong, in a good way though! Dr. Rudolph is one of the most thorough and compassionate care providers I have ever encountered. I have seen many specialists for varying health concerns but seeing Dr. Rudolph was the most incredible visits yet. He really explained things and his rationale for an approach as to my having headaches. I am so thankful for his bedside manner and the time he took with me as a patient. I wish all the doctors I saw were like him. The office is cozy and clean and him and his staff are super nice and professional…you feel like you are visiting with family! And this was my first time! I highly recommend him!“
