Let me start by saying, I love the ladies at Diva Nails. Last Monday 6/2, I walked in, and the young lady I believed to be in charge asked if I could wait. I had no problem waiting, I was a walk in. My problem was the young lady failed to inform me she had two appointments when she asked if I could wait. They was another lady working doing nails & a pedicure. She let me sit for over an hour. I finally made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived the following day for my appointment she hadn't informed the young lady that she had scheduled an appointment for her. Love love LOVE this nail salon!!! I’ve been going here for years and the quality is always amazing. All of the young ladies are so good. Vina, the owner, is always so pleasant and professional!! If you’re looking for a great salon be sure to come to Diva!! They also just remodeled so it looks SPECTACULAR 😍😍😍
I have been having Vina (the owner) do my nails for almost 6 years now and she is the best! Excellent customer service and great attention to detail always when it comes to cleanliness and designs on my nails.
