Ms. Karen is awesome! I got A LOT of length cut off and an undercut for some bad damage around my hairline. I was a bit emotional as my hair has always been very long. She and everyone there were so nice and patient with this big transition, I was so grateful! I also felt very comfortable there, which was awesome because I have high anxiety. Get yer hurr done at Beauty Castle! Lol. I won't be going anywhere else for a haircut, ever!

I wouldn’t trust my hair anywhere else.I had a model casting for Louis Vuitton and I decided the night before to trim my own hair. I wanted to look my best of course. I cut my hair at 11pm at night and it was terrible. Never will I ever cut my own hair with only a YouTube video as guidance. I desperately needed a place in the morning to fix the damage I did so I can go to my Louis Vuitton casting without looking a mess. I called right at 9am when they opened and the owner was so accommodating and was able to fit me in ASAP. He cut my hair better than the lady I was going to at the mall for $85/cut. A colleague of mine recommended this establishment for my wife since my colleague has been going here for years (and she grew up in the area as well)! Neri and her staff do not disappoint! They are professional, loving, accommodating and thorough providing an exemplary hair treatment experience. My wife loves it! We drive almost an hour to come here and it is well worth the trip!
