On Thanksgiving morning my parents’ plumbing wouldn’t drain. Bob, from Island Drain Cleaning, who is a sub contractor for Werner Plumbing and Heating, came out and did an outstanding job taking care of the problem, which would have been a disaster on a holiday. We are so grateful that this team came together to help out on a holiday.

Called them after calling other plumbers who never followed up and they called me back within a hour and the owner himself came to my house and explained what was wrong and why my tankless hot water heater was leaking. He showed me how the fitting used in the original install was wrong, and how it corroded. He went back to his shop and came back with the correct firing and fixed it in 5 minutes.
