The Nail Shop is beautiful and very clean. I love that they ask you to wash your hands first! My first time there I got a full set of long gel nails with nail art, which they were able to accommodate. They were also kind enough to fit my 7 yr old in for painted nails though we had no appt for her.
Though I must admit it’s not the friendliest environment. My first trip there I got cash to tip my lovely nail tech and then ran out absent mindedly after my daughter forgetting to tip my nail tech! Whoops! The owner came out after me to remind me, for which I was both grateful, a bit embarrassed and feeling like my tip wasn’t to their expectations.

Great experience with Sung today! I was changed exactly what the pricing online showed for regular manicure and spa pedicure. Sung was very thorough, professional, didn’t rush either service! The space was clean and welcoming. Very happy with the end result!

They do a nice job but they act like they hate their job. They don't talk to you, they don't smile and when you leave they don't say thank you. They also don't have a system where they remind you of your appointment and I need that. As a result, I missed a couple of appointments they told me to never come back! OK, so I'll never go back but you need to up your game. Be nice to people, your customers. They spend money there to support your business and you need to say hello, how are you, thank you for coming!! That's just good business!
