Owner Dennis Robert’s and his management team were rarely at my home during a major addition including 3 rooms. There were many structural issues and when confronted with facts Dennis Robert’s was indignant. Years later I still have problems with the work they did. One time they didn’t pay a contractor and that contractor had his lawyer threaten to put a mechanics lien on my home. I had to scream at Dennis to get him to take care of the issue.

We met Dennis in November 2020 upon recommendation of our architect. Dennis came to our meeting prepared and took time to really understand what was important to us. After that one meeting we immediately knew that we wanted his team to build our dream house. Even though it took us a bit to get going on our end, Dennis was so patient and continued to check in with us which we really appreciated.Fast forward to December 2022, we just completed our renovation and we couldn’t be any happier. We absolutely loved working w/ Dennis & his entire team at Rocon. They did an incredible job renovating our house in Asbury Park. Dennis was very patient and responsive throughout the process; giving us frequent updates along the way and was also very upfront and transparent if there were delays, which we certainly appreciated. We are thrilled with the end result and love the house they built for us. Would absolutely recommend using them and we'd certainly hire them again for future projects.
