It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing.I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. Paul even did a moisture reading on our walls and advised us to call an engineer or contractor.After doing so, we uncovered a major issue on our home.Shell didn’t take a penny from us, came out 2x and months later was able to provide us documentation for our insurance company.The entire team at Shell are stand up people, I highly recommend Shell if looking for a reasonable company with expertise and integrity.“

When I moved into my house, my crawlspace was a complete disaster with flooding, mold, etc. I used this company's service to handle everything from A-Z... mold removal, vapor barrier installation, sump pump installation, dehumidifier installation, etc. There is also alot of flooding on my property due to a high water table which makes keeping the crawlspace dry even more of a challenge.
