When a garbage disposal fails, it is an emergency. Tony was terrific. A very honest and caring person and detail-oriented professional. He arrived as scheduled. Treated my home with respect. Completed the job within the timeframe he estimated. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience to help resolve a not so pleasant experience.
