She made things so much easier to understand about the process.I'm so glad that they all tolerated my constant calls and or text messages as this was unfamiliar to me.On the day of the replacement Tito, the project manager arrived earlier and expressed that he and his crew aimed to take care of my roof and me as a customer.He kept me updated with the project throughout and addressed all of my concerns. Before I knew it they were done.
