On arriving at the office of Precision Digital Dentistry l met Lauren who greeted me with a happy, pleasant and friendly welcome. I immediately felt at home. My consultation went very well. The Dentist, her assistant, the other staff and Lauren were fantastic. I'm very pleased with the service I received and l will definitely return to that Office... Carlton Hemmings.
I’ve been a patient at Precision Digital Dental for a little over a year now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The team has done an excellent job integrating technology into their practice, making each visit efficient and up-to-date.
They’re always prompt, thorough, and extremely customer-focused. Every member of the staff is not only highly competent but also genuinely polite. A special shoutout to Calandra and the entire front desk team—they make every visit a pleasant experience.

From the phone call to the actual visit for a complimentary consultation ( yes, a complementary consultation) I felt at ease for the first time going to a dentist.
The staff at Precision Digital Dentistry are phenomenal. Very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things to the bare bones. Lauren was a well of information and a delight to talk to, Dr Ma is very patient and understanding. She took her time to explain the treatment plan and why I needed it. Anela and Kailea were very warm and friendly, exuding competence and knowledge. The x-ray lady (whom I didn't get her name unfortunately, was amazing).
