I've worked with Paul on my first home purchase and refinance. I called him back when I was in the market for a new property. Paul never lets me down and this time was no different. He is well versed and takes time to thoroughly explain everything so you make a knowledge based decision. He's genuine and will never try to sell you on something that is not in your best interest. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

I have purchased over a handful of homes and by far, this purchase was the most enjoyable. From the start, Paul was very responsive, meeting us with very little notice during our out of town quick visit(he actually met us at a school we needed to tour). This was the start of a great relationship. Paul quickly got us a pre-approval letter and communicated every step of the way. Videos were sent throughout the process that were helpful in understanding next steps. Unlike previous experiences in closing on a homes, communication was stellar and there were no surprises at the end.
