I am a regular and member at the Bedminster location. I love everyone there especially Amy at the front desk, who is always so kind and knowledgeable about products and services. I booked a same-day facial at Bridgewater because Bedminster was fully booked. Unfortunately something happened with the provider who was unable to make the appointment even though I was already there waiting. Gabriela at the front desk and Schanel were quick to help me and schedule me for an immediate massage with Schanel instead. Most massage therapists do a decent job, but every once in a while you come across someone who is truly gifted. Ramona is one of those! From beginning to end she was magnificent. She was able to very quickly get me into a relaxed state and knew exactly where to apply pressure as if she was talking to my muscles. Great experience.
