I worked with Larry and his team to completely update our powder room and bathroom. Larry is super organized, efficient and easy to work with - I was amazed at the process of just picking things out and then the work started and took about 3 weeks. Larry is a great communicator and he booked all the necessary township inspections. I really didn’t have to worry about anything and love the finished jobs. Below are before and after pictures.

We recently (and successfully) contracted with Larry Hopkins (Five Star Home Remodeling) on a renovation of our first floor. This was a complicated project, including: upgrading kitchen, installing new kitchen island, removing load bearing wall, installing new flooring, installing new lighting throughout, painting and duct cleaning. We had never done a project this large, but trusted Larry to lead the way. A few notes on our experience: • Great first impression – the first time Larry visited our house to review our project, he engaged with the family and kids. He took the time to have a cup of coffee, sit at the kitchen table, talk to the kids and pet the dogs. We felt comfortable and confident in him from first impression. He presented information on his business, including many recommendations which demonstrated the pride in his craft. • Extremely organized – At the beginning of the project, he presented us with a schedule for all the different trade crews on his team. He either met or exceeded the timing for the overall project and was always available for questions via email, text or cell phone. • Managed expectations – whether related to project timing or costs, Larry provided information that set realistic expectations. He introduced us to his network of vendors for kitchen cabinets, tile, flooring and appliances. His network proved efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Many times, Larry worked with his network behind the scenes to make the project as easy as possible from our perspective. • Closed the project – as the project approached completion, Larry and his team focused and delivered. They were immediately responsive to any questions raised or final adjustments needed. In all, we are very satisfied with our experience with Larry and Five Star Home Remodeling. We would highly recommend them to others and would use them again for future projects.
