Dr. Bassil was uncompassionate, impatient, and crude in his treatment of my family member. There are ways to give bad news to a patient, and more than Dr. Bassil's bedside manner left something to be desired. He seemed uncaring to my family member's dental issue and rushed them out the door. It honestly felt like he just didn't want to be bothered. That is not how you treat patients and/or people who come to you to feel better about themselves. When people have fears of the dentist, it is from experiences like this. I will NOT be recommending Dr. Bassil or his office to any of my friends or family.
