I had to go into the brick location today to update my debit card and the young girl Katie , who is working was super nice and friendly. She answered all my questions that I had and I let her know that I will be unfreezing my account soon and was just looking at the different lotions. I loved that she was super knowledgeable and. did not make me feel like she was in a rush to get me out of the salon! she was one of the friendliest staff. I've met there if I can give her a raise I would! An extra bonus is that the salon is always super clean
