The review is split between satisfaction w the care from the doctors, nurses & practitioners & dissatisfaction with the demeanor of reception desk. Not sure when it became acceptable to cut patients off & talk over top of them after every question asked. The front desk is a terrible representation of a good practice. I had a recent ER visit for severe bone pain from Chemotherapy Their staff called me at Hone to see how I was doing and immediately scheduled a ER follow up visit. Dr. Rutkowski is calming, Professional and gives you answers to your questions, especially in my current situation. My favorite nurse is very understanding and asks important questions. Very professional and personable. I would highly recommend this Practice.

I went to our family practice for the first time this week. I must say my experience was fantastic. It started with my first call with the front desk and making my appointment and the woman were wonderful. They were warm and friendly. I’ve been too many doctors and PA. MICHELE was the warmest friendliest and most knowledgeable medical professional. I had blood work done and the following day they called me with the results now that service.
