A young man named Dylan showed up on time. Watching him we knew he knew his stuff. I put a brand new system in last year outside and a new coil inside. Turns out they overfilled us on Freon and here's the best part. The manufacturer never took the inner filter out for construction, dust, etc. When building a new home. So for 12 years that filter was in my inside unit causing less airflow over the years. So I probably didn't even need to replace my old unit. He took great care of me. The price was fantastic.
