“The experience was a little weird to start with, my doctor office asked if I wanted my information forwarded to the equipment company and I agreed, and then a week later a CPAP machine arrived at my house with no communication with me from Apria. However, I will say, every time I've had questions about my machine or mask, their customer service has been kind and efficient. They even called to check up on me to see how I was doing a week or so after my machine arrived. I wish they didn't rely so heavily on doing everything remotely, as it would have been really helpful to sit down with someone, especially in regards to choosing a mask, but overall, not bad.“
