Used them to open my pool which they did, but I had another issue in the pool we needed help with. The owner came and looked, charged me, and said he'd be back in 2 weeks.....never showed back up or contacted us.

I have to apologize for not writing this review sooner. EJ's was my savior when the pool company the former owners of my house recommended did a terrible job. We knew nothing about how to run a pool, and these guys were always super helpful explaining everything. When the heater and filter had issues, EJ came and fixed it, even pointed out how the last company/owner rigged it with the wrong parts. We use these guys for openings/cleanings/closings, and they always show up on time and remember us. This will be year 3 with them, and we are very happy customers.

Awesome Service! I called looking to get my pool closed after my first pool company never returned my phone call for winterization. EJ Pools had an opening the next day and came out. Showed up on time, both teams members were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I will 100% continue to use EJ Pools moving forward. Thank you!- West Point Island Lavallette
