Duraplex replaced my front entry door. The installation techs and their helpers were excellent. They did a really good job installing the door. The communication was very good and the price was fair. Everyone i spoke to was really nice. I had some minor issues with the door. First issue took them 4 months to fix. Second issue was addressed right away. I took off one star because the hardware they installed on the door didn't match. I had no expectation of it matching perfectly. But it was really bad. Like not even close.
