they are a poor excuse for a neighborhood business that doesn't care for their customers. the counter person is a rude man with no business acumen what so ever. Never go there. They are terrible to say the least. Damaged a table runner and refuse to make good and to top it all, took my payment and gave it back hoping I wouldn't notice the damage.

This is a business that is begging to close. They have removed their alterations part of the business, refuse to launder women's shirts, overcharge for simple items, i.e. pillow cover/plain, no decoration, $7., a flat blanket, over $50., if you ask for medium or heavy starch, you may get light if you are lucky.
The gentleman that is at the desk is rude and unfriendly.
This is sad, the owner used to be present in the store and was lovely, responsive, went the extra bit to please her customer. It was a 5 star experience then. Today was my last visit to the store.
I would like to add that my previous review is nowhere to be found.

I brought one of my curtains in and when I picked it up and put it back on the curtain rod the entire curtain was shrunk. Top and sides. I called and the man said it was not shrunk and hung up on me.
