My family and I used Dr. Q for 15 years with our first lab. Our first lab was also on ProBalance, which we would buy from his office. My second lab, who recently turned 2 years old, also was on ProBalance since she was 12 weeks old. I decided to bring my second lab to another vet, since she had some health issues and I just wanted a second opinion. Once my first lab died, and my mom went to buy ProBalance from Dr. Q for our younger lab, he REFUSED to sell it to my mom and said “I know your daughter is bringing your second dog to another vet I’m not selling you anything!” He was so disrespectful and unprofessional in front of his staff as well as another client.... read full review

Always a pleasure dealing with Dr Russ and staff. Have been with them for 14 years and always have been there for me and my pups!Very responsive to calls and care about your pet as if they were theirs.

I saw the other review for Dr. Russ and immediately had to do something. Dr. Russ is a kind, compassionate man who has been very helpful in keeping my cat (my baby and best friend) alive and well during his struggle with diabetes. He went out of his way to answer questions and gave me every possible piece of contact info that he had in order for me to feel comfortable about managing my buddy's care at home. He is smart, straight forward and realistic. I have truly enjoyed going to him for the past 3 years and he has literally saved my one kitty's life.
