One of my first yoga studios at the Shore and now one of my favorites. The energy is consistent and calm and grounding. There is something so personal and cozy about this studio that I can't explain. It's where I go when I need to be replenished from hard life events.

I was in town for a family gathering on the shore. I miss practicing when i'm outside of my community, but I also love visiting other studios and experiencing what other yogi's have to offer. You can book classes on-line through Mind-Body site. I was going to do a couple of drop-ins, but they had a three class pass which was perfect for my budget and length of stay. I got to do a morning flow and evening class on one day, and a morning session the next day before leaving the area. Each instructor was welcoming, proficient and inspiring. Ohana is such a beautiful space with a euphoric energy like no other. The instructors are extremely experienced and lead classes suitable for individuals of all skill levels. They provide a safe and effective yoga practice for all. Lisa, the owner, is amazingly friendly and welcoming. Her gong baths are an out-of-body experience. Most importantly, the Ohana Studio Mascot, Vincenzo, is ready at the door to greet us with his tail wagging! I could not recommend this studio more. My home away from home.
