I had several projects done by Milton and his team, a total of $20+k. I thought he was an honest person that would stand by his work but when I called them back to repair a mistake they made on a fan installation which was the last job of several they worked on. He never followed up to repair the small hole left in the ceiling. After several attempts with no response it's clear that his focus is on large paying jobs. It's too bad that he doesn't value long term relationships with clients. I have more work I need done on the house in the Spring but he's unreliable so I won't hire him again because I feel that he took advantage of my kindness and is only motivated by more money.

Like these busy, professional, and quality guys don't have enough to do, the 'good samaritans' plowed my driveway the other day when I was out. They are doing an amazing job on a the house next door here in Bradley (not mine!), and obviously go out of their way to do good things plus go above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - all of you guys at American Home of Dreams. Professionals like you need the spotlight and a shoutout! Thumbs up x 10!

Milton is the best contractor around! His work is thorough and meticulous. He responds to every call and comes to quote quickly. He is not afraid of these century old Jersey Shore homes and knows how to replace beams and repair structure, as well as every other phase of construction. I am a local real estate agent and I recommend him with confidence to all my clients.
