RestorationOwner lies to his customers and steals from his customers.Employees do not know what they are doing and destroy customer's property.Workers have major psychological issues and are psychotic.Do not hire this company, they will hurt your property and business.
I had a fire several months ago. They came out but did not get much. There was alot of stuff missing from the house, that could have been saved. They charged a lot of money for very little work. You make appointments with them and they never show or tell you that's not what it is for. I would never recommend this company for after a tragedy because they take advantage of people after they lose everything and charged a large amount of money.
Never shared an estimate or quote for cleaning costs after we had to be rehomed due to a fire. Ended up costing 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS and put us over our max coverage. Literally a scam artist, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Currently pursuing legal action. ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND DID NOT GET ONE
