From the beginning when we were working our estimates, Jeff and his team worked with us to make sure that we were getting our dollars worth. We did our own research as well and they were not offended when we shared our information, true professionals. When construction started, John the super, was there to meet us, walk us through the entire process, get our input, receive our concerns, act on our questions. The crew was skilled, thorough, quick, friendly and open to getting our input as well. When everything was finished and we got the final bill, everything was as discussed, no extras and no surprises. Jeff was very professional answered all of my questions during the consult/walk through. There was no high pressure pitch just good options at fair prices presented to me so I could select what I wanted done and when. John did the actual physical replacement of five of my windows and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was polite, and went to work right away. He made sure everything was picked up and carted away so my lawn, driveway, and interior were totally clean. And he did it all in one day 9-5. I am 100% positive I'll be coming back to Taylor Rae for all my future window and door needs. They are wonderful!
