“This spa was amazing! Upon entry I was welcomed in by the staff to fill out a few forms and choose my scent for the lotion that would be used (they all smelled great). After I completed my forms, I was walked into the locker room which was very clean. The lockers were roomy enough to fit my outfit and other belongings, and I felt comfortable leaving everything there because you were able to create a personalized code for the locker. After the locker room there is another waiting room that was super nice, there was complimentary tea and water along with warmed neck pillows. Once my therapist (Diane) was ready for me, she came and got me and walked me into my room. Diane was amazing! She was super accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. Before the massage we briefly talked about where I was experiencing pain the most and the pressure I was looking for during my massage. I appreciated that she made sure the pressure was okay throughout the entirety of the massage because different areas of the body can tolerate different levels of pressure. Overall the staff was amazing, the salon was clean and calming, and Diane gave me a great massage. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend!“

“I didn't realize this place was cash only and didn't have a debit card to use with their ATM until a couple minutes after we got started. I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. It's so lovely to see that level of faith in humanity in today's world.“

Their Muse facial includes a partial massage and is super relaxing and thorough, the prenatal massages are amazing for relaxing and they offer everything from cupping to deep tissue massage to truly help you unwind. “Laurel was great! I hadn't had a facial in over five years, and I was not happy with the condition of my skin. I explained that I have a very minimal self care routine. I did not have to guess and select a particular facial beforehand. Laurel examined my skin, asked me a few questions and then gave me a custom facial to meet my needs. She answered my questions as she was giving me the facial and suggested some types of products for me to use at home. I appreciated that she did not try to upsell me services nor sell products to me.

She works on her own, so does not have to follow set procedures like they do in the chain places.

It's almost a week later and my skin feels and looks much better! I will definitely be going back to Laurel. And will not wait as long to get my next facial.“

“I’ve been a client for many years. I feel the need to respond to Noor Janjua's review. I was, actually shocked at the review because I was there at the time she brought her child for a haircut. At the sink he was screaming and fighting. He is a small child and could have been afraid. The owner walked over and suggested they bring the child to the chair and just wet his hair for fear he would hit his head on the sink. She was kind and concerned. Even in his mother's arms he was out of control. Even in his father's arms he was screaming and fighting. The owner then kindly said, as a mother herself, she was concerned that he could be injured by the scissors and that the hairdresser couldn't take that risk. Even walking out, in the father's arms, the child was screaming and fighting. Everything was done with care and compassion for the safety of the little child. This same owner takes care with my young granddaughter who has autism. My children, grandchildren, and many family members and friends come to this salon. It is highly recommended in the community“

“This is SO long overdue - I had the privilege to meet 1:1 with Jen at the beginning of April this year, 2025. Right away, she put me at ease, her voice and demeanor are soothing and she’s very patient. What I loved about our 1:1, she worked with what I already have/owned. She gave me a wonderful routine to follow for my skin. She taught me how to use the gua sha stone as well - WOW! She turned everything around right away and I was able to start it up immediately. She gave me detailed instructions, and reasonings as to why we were doing things in the order we were.
I am so thankful to have had the opportunity, I continue to implement everything she taught me and my skin is loving it! I am loving it - only takes a few minutes in the morning/night… I highly recommend the investment in yourself ♥️“

For my facials, I highly recommend Alyssa. She is incredible! Very skilled, she is so sweet, I always look forward to my appointments with her… She gives me the best tips on how to improve my skin care routine, which I’ve always needed help with. For my massages, Erin was the first person I worked with and she is the reason why I have a membership! If you’re looking for a massage on the firmer side, I highly recommend her. She provides a very thorough massage on my upper body, where I really need a heavy hand. She shares advice on different stretching/strengthening techniques for my back and chest. Erin is incredible!
Also for my massages, Scott is very skilled and I love the way he works! I recommend Scott if you’re working for a dynamic work up and medium pressure! He likes to work from the ground up. Scott explained to me how my lower body can affect how my upper body feels. He gave great advice on exercises and stretches for my full body, but more emphasis on my hips. Very knowledge!
