Very satisfied with my service thus far with PDQ restoration. Found a toilet leak at 8pm Tuesday night and Yohan came and stayed til 1 am cleaning up the water and mitigating the several rooms affected. He then came back the next morning along with David and Chris and carefully packed up the affected stuff and cleaned our surfaces thoroughly removing the parts of the wall and ceiling that couldn’t be saved. Can’t express enough our appreciation for their response time and attention to detail
PDQ was amazing throughout the mitigation process. We were flooded twice during bad storm and PDQ crews were very professional both times. Everyone involved provided us with great service during such challenging times. I would like to thank Nard, Leo and Az for always being around to answer my questions. Special thanks to Susan who has been so patient and supportive in providing all the information/documents that were requested by the insurance company. Thank you again!
The team at PDQ was fantastic from the moment I called them as water was flooding into my finished basement and throughout the entire remediation process. Leo and his crew were highly communicative and their work was thorough and professional. They were helpful too as I navigated the complexities of mitigating the damage and were on top of everything I needed for insurance. Highly recommend!
