She was amazing, very detail oriented and explained the process the entire time and was super gentle. This is coming from someone who was very skeptical of the procedure, I had very sparse brows and as a redhead you could hardly see them. I am 47 years old and have spent the last 30 years coloring them. I wish I would have done them sooner, This treatment has truly changed my life! “Went to Francesca after years of never loving my brows. She made me feel comfortable and did a great job with my brow shaping. She spoke to me about how I can nail the shape I want and then explore microblading or powder brows. I will definitely return and hope to one day do something semi permanent with my brows there.“
