“Dr. Wong and Dr. Pole are both wonderfully skilled, gentle dentists who put you at ease while talking you through each step. They do exceptional work! I have had the best dental cleanings by hygienists, Christine & Shay and they also share the same gentle approach and friendliness.

I could easily rate my experience as 5++ stars if it weren’t for the billing department!
1. Please be sure to get an Estimate of Benefits from your insurance provider BEFORE having any dental work done. (Ask b Dental for procedure codes)
2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.

He spent a tremendous amount of time with me explaining everything that would be done with the issue that I was contending with. This was so refreshing. We came down from Westchester when we lived there, and across town in the city. The dentists are top of the line as are the hygienists and all the assistants, and the office staff as well.
