Dr. Wong and Dr. Pole are both wonderfully skilled, gentle dentists who put you at ease while talking you through each step. They do exceptional work! I have had the best dental cleanings by hygienists, Christine & Shay and they also share the same gentle approach and friendliness.
I could easily rate my experience as 5++ stars if it weren’t for the billing department!
1. Please be sure to get an Estimate of Benefits from your insurance provider BEFORE having any dental work done. (Ask b Dental for procedure codes)
2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.
The dental staff are all absolutely amazing, it is ONLY because of their care that I return. I am also grateful for Tania’s help in billing as well! She’s been super helpful and kind.

Very happy with the new roof; very professional in every way. Nice to have a supervisor touch base with us on a regular basis to keep us informed. They even found some drainage problems on the flat roof that a previous company had totally missed.

I reached out to Manning Brothers at the recommendation of another carpet/flooring store. I purchased a beautiful rug online in the wrong size. Shipping it back was too much of a hassle. So I contacted Manning Brothers. They did an amazing job cutting my rug. The rug was so large I was able to get two rugs. The owner explained the process and was very patient and understanding. Customer service as amazing; everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. They even had pick up and delivery service which was super convenient. Pricing is very reasonable and they guarantee their work. I will definitely use them again for my carpet/area rug needs. They exceeded my expectations.
