“Highly Recommend- The staff at Town & Country have been outstanding to me during a very long and bumpy road with my sweet old man, Jake. After a large scare in May 2022, Town & Country helped me diagnose and manage Jake’s condition… Which allowed him to stay here on Earth a year and a half longer than originally expected. They put in a lot of effort and went above and beyond, making me feel like they truly cared for me and my dog- and understood just how much he meant to me. The time had came this past Friday that I had to say goodbye and while it was incredibly difficult, as he’s been in the family about 17 years, I’m so very thankful Dr. Lauren and the Town & Country staff did all they could to help me hold on to my best friend for as long as I did and kept him as comfortable as possible. Dr. Lauren- Thank you for your countless hours you put towards Jake, responding back to me on his care as quickly as you always did and for seeing the deep bond and love I had for him. I appreciate you so much for always listening to me, even when I just wanted to talk about Jake’s orneriness during his appointments. I can’t express the outstanding service you have provided and how seen you made me feel. Your whole heart is in your job and that’s what leaves life long marks on people and their pets. You have truly made a difference for me and for Jake during his last leg of life and I hope you can take pride in knowing what you gave my family by navigating treating Jake (countless memories of playing ball, Jake being dressed up by my daughter as a princess, him and my daughter getting to actually have time together, him teaching himself new tricks in his old age by learning to open our locked trash cans to eat trash hahaha, him being himself and following us around constantly, car rides and all kinds of other memories and lots and lots of love). Everyone else who helped behind the scenes- I appreciate you just as much! The gals at the front desk who always have treated me so well, from a smile to see me every few weeks picking up meds- to a “have a blessed day”, to the sadness I seen in their eyes when I came in for Jake’s final appointment and departure. The staff filling the meds on time for me, who handled his samples for testing, who helped him be comfortable when sedated for his x rays… and those who helped do anything else. You all are such a great bunch…. Thank you“

“One of the best veterinarian experiences yet! I found this practice by chance, as I was looking for someone to check a kitten I found by my house that appeared ill. They fit me in quickly and I found the office to be friendly, compassionate and thorough. Their fees were very reasonable as well. Truly an outstanding experience. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoskin for a little over a year now, since she worked at a previous facility. She started taking care of my Frenchie when he was only about 10 weeks old. It was a no brainer to follow her when she started working at Wayne animal hospital. I cannot put into words how much of a relief it is, as a pet owner, to have a vet you wholeheartedly trust. She is one of the most kind, compassionate and caring people I have ever met. She treats my Duke with so much love. He gets excited every time he goes to the vet, because he loves her so much. “Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion. They are OUTSTANDING examples of truly compassionate expert care and never once backed down from the increasing complexity of keeping him comfortable. “My precious 17 years old cat Buddy has IBD and had a blockage and needed to see a vet immediately. My vet of 25 years would not see us. I called the nearest veterinary service which was Pompton Animal hospital. They took me in that Monday morning and Buddy was taken care of by Dr. Cattiny. Dr. Cattiny is a bigger than life personality with genuine kindness and a caring positive demeanor. I felt Buddy was in great hands. The staff was very busy but it was a happy busy.
