Exceptional work and responsiveness!!! Our unit was leaking from the ceiling on the first hot day of the season. I called at 9am and John was here by 10. Extremely knowledgeable on the unico system and saved the day!! From service to customer service, I rate them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We bought a condo which had the attic ductwork just replaced the year before. The duct company took the cheap way out and ran the ducting down the center of the attic which made a large attic unusable for storage. We called Unique who came out and gave us a good quote which we took. In less than one day they transformed an unusable attic to a hugh usable space by removing 80% of the ducting and reinstalling it in the attic eves. They also serviced our heating and A/C system. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future HVAC needs.

We waited years and researched to find the best solution for our older home to determine the best means of installing central air while not compromising the integrity of our home. We took our time investigating over 7 companies and received estimates and site visits from all. We met with the people from Unique and finally entrusted them to do the job. It was a great installation experience and took only 4 days. They were able to get into every room we wanted to cool with central and their workers took the time to explain and work diligently to meet our needs and requests. We couldn't be happier with our experience our house is cool and the system is quiet. We also added the Wi-Fi system so we can control the air when we go to work or on vacation.
