“I had acquired Roberts name from my brother who recommended him highly. He came, gave us an estimate and explained the procedure he would be doing and how long it would take. Robert and his crew were very professional and worked very hard to get the floor done perfectly. Our home was just recently built, and the concrete used for the floor was harder than they thought so the job took a bit longer and looks beautiful. “For someone wanting to hire craftsmen to remodel a bathroom for the first time, I felt a bit overwhelmed. There were lots of decisions to be made about tiling, vanities, sinks, overall design philosophy.

Fortunately, Billy, Gianna and the crew were elite at settling down my worries. We took it a step at a time and they were able to accommodate some of my limitations, such as me not being able to pickup up my bathtub, vanity and toilet with my small car. They took time to arrange a pickup on my behalf even though the project was not to start for a couple of weeks. Now that's looking after the customer!

Once the demo started, it was a very smooth process. I felt like I was briefed/consulted every step of the way and other specific experts such as the sheetrock and glass contractor got involved to put it all together. On a personal note, it made me admire even more the meticulous process of remodeling any interior room, much less a bathroom as well as the versatility and know-how necessary to tile, make the plumbing and electrical work, all while adhering to what the client wants. It's hard work and no doubt took many years and experience to get to this point of expertise. As someone who floated the idea of DIY-ing certain aspects, I can look back and know that it was 100% worth it to hire professionals that know what they're doing.

“Joe Hubinger and staff were great. They had a difficult task of elevating our land in our backyard to allow for an in-ground pool. After 90+ truckloads of dirt with mazes of trenches for plumbing, electric, gas, and once the retaining walls, patio, landscaping was finished, it was nothing short of spectacular. “Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

“Fifteen years ago we had Stonetown put in a paver deck and bluestone walkways. We were absolutely delighted with the outcome. The Stonetown crew did a terrific job.So, this year we decided to widen one walkway, add another walkway to the other side of the house, clean and level the deck, and fill-in two flower beds with pavers with a bluestone accent. Of course, we called Stonetown again for the project. Matt came out to discuss and survey the work needed and provided a detailed estimate for all aspects of the project. “It's very hard to find anyone in the construction industry who is reliable and trustworthy - and even more so with such an expensive investment. We have found that with Metro Pools and always know we are in good hands when we need them. Aside from constructing our pool, we also use them for our annual opening/closing and any other maintenance related items that come up. The office staff is extremely responsive and also understands the field work. The guys in the field have always been very friendly and get the job done quickly and correctly. “Marcello goes above and beyond. We spent well over 2 years going back and forth with our insurance company about a repair due to a tree falling into our roof and breaking a number of beams, a hip rafter, and other 130 year old wooden structures keeping my house up. Needless to say, there were plans, revised plans, and a lot of communication with us and the town, AND the insurance adjusters (we had 4 before the repair was completed). Marcello was steady throughout. We must have gone through at least 4-5 revisions and alternative ideas to find one the insurance company would agree to (my house is a balloon structure, meaning there are no supports in the middle of the house. This required posts to support the new hip rafter, and supports for the post on every floor, so Marcello was creative). He and his crew made sure the repair was sound, safe, and when he had to put a beam through my living room to support my house, he made sure it looked absolutely beautiful (and added another to balance it), AND as though it had been part of the house since the 1800's. He is a perfectionist, and everything, from the paint to the craftsmanship to the moldings, was done to beyond our expectations. Would recommend him 1000%. THANK YOU for giving us our house back!!!“
