Francis and his team were very compassionate throughout the process of my mother's arrangements. As our entire family was dealing with her passing, he talked me through every aspect of his services and what to expect at each juncture. I must admit that I was very distracted the following days after my mother's passing, but Francis was very patient and diligent in making sure everything was handled with care. No hidden costs or surprise line items. Very professional and very respectful.
