“Let me start off by saying the doctors at All Paws actually care. When I called and heard the message that they weren't acceptinf new clients at this time, I was let down. I then recieved a text message from them asking me about whats going on with my dog. They ended up taking me on as a client and got me in the following day! Today I had my first visit for my 6 year old dog who has been dealing with horrible allergies for years. Yesterday the doctor called me and explained the entire process of what we were going to be doing to help my dog get some relief. For years I have paid tons of money with little to no understanding of what was going on and how Maddi (my dog) would benefit both short term and long term. Doctor Peikes and the other doctors at All Paws actually care. Maddi got sick due to the long ride in traffic and they checked up with me after I got home. I recieved medications and a complete understanding of the plans for the future. Maddi is under the best care there so it is worth the hour plus ride to get there. Anyone dealing with a situation like I am talking about knows how it is to have a dog suffer from allergies. I finally feel as if there is a future where she does not have the itchiness and pain she has been dealing with. Thank you!“

The gentle biopsy will help diagnose the etiology of Nicky Alfredo's folliculitis. Both pets felt comfortable with all of the staff and slept so much better after being seen in AD clinic.“

“Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.“

“I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.“

“I brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. “I had the absolute best experience with Hasbrock Heights Animal Hospital. From scheduling her surgery, to the way the tech talked us through the procedure, to the way they called us to keep us updated all day. Dr Mia came in and answered all of our questions. “Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion.
