She was so amazing and nice and funny and walked me through everything that was going to happen. “So I got a tragus piercing that was totally an impulsive decision of mine?. Nonetheless, my experience with Sid (my piercer) was great. He reassured me by first explaining each step of the piercing process including his sanitary precautions. I was so comfortable I got 2 more piercings (one to reopen an old piercing). “After seeing a friends eyebrows I decided to have a consultation, and I’m so happy I did. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as my eyebrows were thin and I thought the shape would be difficult to attain. Joanne was gracious and very informative taking her time to explain the process with detail, putting my nerves at ease. First you have the consultation appt., then the micro blading appt., then the touch up appt. All together its three appts. She provided written and verbal instructions which I followed to the tee, and had little to no swelling. Joanne is a master of what she does and I am so happy with my eyebrows and highly recommend her. Her salon is pristinely clean, and modern and you are the only client in the room at the time of the process. This makes the experience worthwhile. In addition her price is way, way, less than other competitors. When I wake up in the morning it is a relief to know I don’t have to paint on my eyebrows. I’ve added a picture of how they look without my third touch up appt. I love them!!!“

“I came in for a jewelry change had the best experience! I needed my rook jewelry switched out, and while it was a challenge because the piercing was a little fresh and positioned pretty far into my ear, the piercer and staff got it done. The girl working on my ear was so friendly and patient with me, I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone with piercing needs.“

“I searched a while for a tattoo place and this one I am glad I chose to go to. I got multiple tattoos here so far that are all very nicely done. The artists were very patient with me on the size and placement I wanted. They were informative on cleaning, aftercare, and healing them too. The only thing is the final cost of the tattoos can get a little pricey.“

“I had an exceptional experience getting my ears pierced at West Hudson Tattoo with Ana; she was amazing. I had only had my ears pierced once, when I was a baby, so I was a little nervous. Ana‘s energy is very warm, welcoming, and reassurancing, which made me feel comfortable. I was with my two friends, who also got their ears pierced and they felt the same way.

Both the location AND piercing spaces are very clean and sterile. Ana is very present and attentive. She walks you through the journey of what you will experience and makes space for you to ask your questions or share your vision.

She is very precise marking the ear, and knowledgeable about placement; yet still has you confirm with two mirrors.

They also have ear display models with piercings to help you visualize how different they will look on your ear.

Ana provides you with a physical sheet, that she explains thoroughly, with the aftercare of the piercing, including recommended brands.
