BEWARE. All of these one star reviews are correct. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Do not trust recommendations from friends like we did. He has been doing work around town for years and recently this is a consistent pattern. He even lied stating one of his children was in the hospital for issues I do not even feel comfortable restating. What kind of man does this? Not only did he only do the demolition but now we have to waterproof our basement due to the damage that he did to it. He sends day workers with no instructions who do not speak English. They also ruined our wood steps and polished concrete floor. Then he disappeared. No return calls, texts. We have to start the job over AND spend money fixing what he ruined.

Silvio is going around and stealing money from clients. Fort had experience with my dear friends who he took $. His outsources everything and the asphalted driveway they did is not leveled and water sits at the end of our driveway

Sylvio and his team at SR General Contractor have done an excellent job on each and every project they worked on at our home. The main work that was done was building a front porch. They started on time and showed up on time each day, were meticulous craftsmen, asked questions, focused on all the small details and finished on time. The front porch is absolutely beautiful and it has completely upgraded the look of our home. Sylvio always returns my phone calls, texts or emails.
