“Dr Hagman is the BEST! I have suffered lower back pain for many years. Since i go to Dr Hagman regularly I feel GREAT!. THANK YOU Dr Hagman.“
“I signed up last week for monthly unlimited classes (amazing deal) and it’s been the best decision! I did trapeze yoga as my first class, which was the most fun I’ve ever had at a yoga class. Today I did the Barre class and I left feeling like I could conquer the world!! Absolutely wonderful energy from the teachers and students and I truly enjoy coming here. This was exactly what I needed in my life. Highly recommend.“
“One of the reasons I moved to the area - to be closer to my "home!" Aside from the culture of community, JaiPure is especially unique because it has a strong lineage of Iyengar Yoga, with classes taught by CITYs - some of the most seasoned ones. I have never been to a studio where I could feel the strength of two traditions - Iyengar and Vinyassa - both in the same room.“
“Vanessa truly shines as an instructor! Her leadership skills in each class are remarkable, demonstrating an effective teaching style that's both engaging and informative. She has an impressive awareness of each participant's progress and motivates the entire class with her expert guidance. Her approach not only enhances the class experience but also inspires individual improvement.“
“The sound healing class is fantastic. I haven’t felt that relaxed and at peace in a very long time. The instructors were wonderful and welcoming and the class had an overall great vibe. Looking forward to next month!“
“I love this place so much! I had no prior experience in pilates before going there, but after getting a demo with Rosemary, I was hooked! It has transformed my life and body. I feel stronger, leaner and my lower back pain is gone. Instructors are amazing (my faves are Rosemary and Steve) and people who go there are very friendly. I feel like a part of a family! It's been amazing two years with them!“
“Switched over from another club 10 months ago and I don't regret anything other than not coming to this studio in the first place. All of the instructors are so great, kind and really know how to work you out. Classes fill up quick but overall 10/10“
“I’ve been a student of Jodis for over a decade, her classes have always brought me joy, and I’ve learned so much along the way! It’s beautiful to see her evolution of teaching. The best around, you’re missing out if you haven’t experienced her classes/workshops.“
“Crissy is one of my absolute favorite teachers! She makes me want to come to class each day. Her positive energy and attitude is amazing and she explains everything so well. She’s a great asset to Club Pilates!!!“
“I love this studio and the instructors. I’ve tried several, and all have given a great workout. I highly recommend for anyone, interested in taking a mega reformer class.“
“The instructors are amazing. Their expertise and guidance during sessions create a positive and motivating atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the instructors tailor the workouts to suit individual needs, ensuring a rewarding experience for everyone. Highly commendable team!“
“Hackensack Meridian is one of the nicest, cleanest gyms in the tri-state area.Pro's: Huge facility with every machine and piece of fitness equipment you can imagine. Multiple gyms in the area have the "old gym sock" smell. Hackensack literally has no odor and is kept reasonably clean. There is staff to answer questions, but don't expect a boutique experience. Again, huge facility . The showers and locker rooms are clean with towels/soap/shampoo/conditioner/hair dryers . The saunas and hot tub are typically in working condition. When they are not, its fixed within a day. The pool has 8 lanes. Most swim lessons are kept in the therapy pool so there are no splashing/in the way children. Again, the aquatics facility is clean and well run. Swim team starts at 5pm and takes up 2-3 lanes.Minor cons: The giant window between the pool and gym should be one way. It would provide a more private experience for everyone running around in bathing suits. Cellphonesshould not be allowed in the hot tubs. Street shoes should not be allowed on the pool deck. It is a massive hygiene issue. This is mostly on the parents bringing their kids to swim lessons. The lifeguards need to be watching the pool, not clustered together and chatting. They should be separated. Two watching and one roaming the pool deck.Classes: Please attempt to have something at 4:15/4:30 a few days per week.Cafe: Later hours would be greatly appreciated. I would love to grab dinner on my way out the door .Overall: Great facility and the best on Route 17. Minor issues, but no place is perfect . Definitely recommend if you can swing the 80.00 per month.“
“I highly recommend this place for pilates in the area. The space is super clean, the instructor and owner is amazing, the location is perfect, and the price beats the competition. Tracy is such a fun instructor who is patient and passionate.“
