Optometrists in Bloomfield

“My eye exam visit was smooth in and out, they even helped me find a better pair of glasses than I picked out. Now I've been calling them for the last week just to simply get my eyeglass prescription and the phone rings until i get the virtual agent who is no help to me who send me back to the office then I'm transferred to customer service who then tries to get in touch with the office (no luck) then to suggest i go into the office............I would of done that if it was an option of mine, then I'm told my request will be forward to a manager wait for his/her call.“

“EyeDr is now Visionworks. I had an appointment there today, and it was on an emergency basis, and they took me right away. I didn't wait very long to see the doctor, and all in al it was a pleasant experience. I had gone there years ago and it's much nicer now, and not at all like a zoo. :)“
