Natasha was the instructor for the Total Body Conditioning class. She did an amazing job. She observant if we had poor form and corrected us. She explained each workout in detail so we knew had to do each step correctly. It was a great workout.

I’ve now completed my third 1:1 with Natasha who is a great trainer with a lot of patience. Friendly atmosphere. Prices are great. I’m already experiencing changes in my energy level.

I like going to NJ Fitness Factory. It’s a great and friendly atmosphere to workout. Dave is a super cool guy to chat with and always helpful. Julio is a super great guy and easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Julio I always get a good workout with and love how he pushes me and has confidence in me. Awesome gym ??????
