Nick and his team were wonderful during a difficult time. When my grandfathers health had quickly worsened, we reached out to a few homes and Nick was the only one who was immediately responsive and transparent. He helped answer all our questions and concerns and was communicative throughout the whole process. The home itself was an excellent size for us, cozy and nicely kept. Everyone at Levandoski-Grillo who helped us was very kind and I’m thankful to have had their assistance during this time.
I know this is long overdue - The hardest thing to do is switch from planning a joyous occasion to having to help make arrangements for friends that are too broken to speak. Nick was there every step of the way. He knew who to call, what paperwork needed to be filed and handled everything with such compassion. Nick stayed on top of everything, he was always a text message away if we had any questions or wanted to check in. Nick went out of the way to explain to us that if the family was not ready to receive the urn, he would gladly keep it until they were emotionally ready. Absolutely amazing service. My family and I were at a loss when losing our beloved mother passed. Nick assisted us every step of the way. The funeral home is gorgeous, such a beautiful place for my mothers wake. The cards for her service were perfection just like everything else. We also came to Nick when my Grandfather passed and just like the first time, everything was so easy with Nicks help. Highly recommend !
