Called to inquire about making copy of my bike's key after their website said this is one of their services. Lady who answered said quite dismissively (after going a through a plethora of phone prompts) they don't make copies of vehicles keys. Glad I dodged this one.

Worse freaking experience with this company I was estimated $85-120 to then getting charged $180 for mail box lock! Their customer service even worse they hang up on you and don’t even answer your call they are FRAUDS!!!!!!!

Love the key designs, best of all keys were made perfectly fine, once they arrived I immediately tested my house door knob with the keys and had no issues at all plus no filing was needed. Highly recommend to have your keys done at these kiosks, they make the keys right on the spot plus you have the option of saving the key to the machine, this is perfect in case you lose your key you can always go to a nearby kiosk and get them done in the spot. I really love this feature. I have also made keys for my car and saved them as well at the Kiosk in case i loose them, however keep in mind that if you loose your vehicle keys, it cannot be copied at the moment, the keys will... read full review
