Dan and Melanie Bite-Cola are wonderful people and very compassionate, providing outstanding service and care during a difficult time. I've worked with them twice in the past year as both of my parents passed recently.
When a dear friend passed suddenly and tragically, Melanie was nothing but supportive and patient through the entire process. She was available at all hours to address any concerns the family had, extended the courtesy of covering costs due to the unexpected circumstances of the passing and ensured the family made the right decisions without rushing the process. I cannot express my gratitude to Melanie and the whole team for everything they’ve done.
I can’t say enough great things about Halpin-Bitecola. I was in a haze of grief when I searched for funeral homes and God directed me to them. They were absolutely kind and beyond generous to my husband and I and we cannot be more grateful! I can’t imagine how difficult it is to be in this line of work but Melanie and her husband are definitely suited for it for being so gentle and considerate. Thank you so much once again!
