Timeliness, detail and walking me through what to expect and the overall cost (which was reasonable). My most recent work was complex, rigging up a transfer switch. Paul did an amazing job installing recessed lighting in our kitchen and basement. The space looks completely transformed — brighter, more modern, and exactly what we wanted.
